Huh. So that’s a thing...
(Sorry, was driving.)
Also, saw a worked-over RX-8:
I like the stanced look in general, but not a fan of super-poke rims. Looks like the fronts are off getting polished or something.

Oh yeah, those Tsurus sold like hotcakes looooong after the B13 ended north of the border. Still see them everywhere in El Paso and Las Cruces. I think Mexico was still building Tsurus into the B15 era, and was selling the Tsuru next to the B15 Sentra!
(And why not? $11k for a factory new B13? Sure, it’s a stripper from Mexico...but it’s a stripper that’s worth every penny!)

Seriously! I love how older designs still hang on in other countries. In the American quest for all things new and shiny, so many perfectly adequate cars are sent to pasture too soon.

10 GO TO MEXICO
For real; apparently they sold that exact style well into 2015. The one in the picture I took was probably only a couple years old.

Agreed! In my experience, strippers from Mexico are almost always worth every penny.
Almost.
Legally I can’t say any more than that.
